A New Look

After putting it off for far to long we finally allocated some time for our site to get a much needed upgrade!  You know the saying the Carpenter’s house…  Well that is all behind us.  With a recent reorganization and the consolidation of several back end systems we are now better equip to deal with our increasing demands from our growing customer base.  This past fall we worked through and discovered a few accounting errors that had caused several customers to “go invisible”.  A support call from one of these “invisible” customers alerted us to the problem.  I want to thank all our customers who “went invisible” and had their invoices delayed for working with us and understanding the situation.  We work very hard to make sure this type of thing doesn’t happen however we are human and computers are, well computers!
