Defend Yourself – Self-Defense Topics & Techniques (hands on training)

There are many different levels of aggression, from nuisance to menacing to threatening to physical.  Learn how to respond to each type of aggression level through role-play and hands-on techniques  This program emphasizes situational control and avoidance over physical conflict and is taught in a fun, safe environment.

NOTES:  This class can be offered as a one-time 2-4 hours class or as a 2-6 week course meeting once a week for 1-2 hours.  Participants should wear sturdy, loose, comfortable, appropriate clothing.


Surviving Active Shooter Situations

You have heard about these situations in the news but do you really know what to do?  What to expect?  When help will come?  This seminar will cover best practices, case studies, and information important to surviving this type of situation.  Covering work and school shooter situations.
